In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (“RGPD”) and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDGDD”) , by accepting this Privacy Policy, any person using the Website or requesting any of the above mentioned processing activities (the “Data Subject”) gives its express, free and unequivocal informed consent to process the personal data collected through the Website, either through the forms provided for this purpose or through the information collected by cookies.

Likewise, the Data Subject consents to these data being processed by the Controller to provide their services, applying the organizational and security measures required by GDPR.
